Lovely bright color, but slightly rotten application because it’s oddly sheer. Does it automatically become a jelly at this level of sheerness? This was four coats, and there aren’t a lot of polishes that I like four coats worth. This is also a neon, so of course it dries matte.
The closet color in my collection to this is China Glaze Blue Sparrow, despite the glitter. Shade-wise, they’re pretty close though.
