OK, I must say that I really hate these. I couldn’t bear to do full swatches, so I just did one on each nail. I also must say that I had just taken a red off my nails right before applying these, and I thought I’d cleaned up better than I did. And…I just cannot bear to do these over.
Blue Water, Violet Water, Emerald Water, Orange Water
I did 4 coats of each polish. They are…sheerer than jellies. Every imperfection on my nails is highlighted and they never get that glossy shiny look that jellies get. They also end looking…dirty, somehow, instead of clear pretty jelly color. HATE.
Index: Blue Water – pretty color, at least- Middle: Violet Water – again, a pretty color
- Ring: Emerald Water – I’m not sure what’s up with this one? It’s not green
- Pinky: Orange Water – well…it’s orange
I’ve only seen these used successfully as layering polishes because they seriously are useless on their own.
they are! They’re terrrrrrrible.
My sister used Blue Water as the base for a french manicure with blue creme tips. It looked sweet, but somehow we never got around to posting it on the blog.
I’d love to see these polishes not look crappy!!!!
