The next nail art item that I have for review from Born Pretty is these nail soaker…thingies. These are listed on the site as Wearable Nail Soaker Art Acrylic Polish Remover tool.
I actually used these a loooooong time ago, back when I needed to remove gel polish, and they worked well for that application. The foil method is of course similar, but I think that for a super tough glitter or something like gel polish, these might be better. Just seems to me that soaking your nails would remove stuff quicker than laying a soaked piece of cotton on top of them. Of course though, then you use more acetone and you have the acetone soaking your entire fingertip from all sides, instead of just the nail. I’m not really sure which method I prefer, to be honest. I plan to try them out again next time I wear a glitter polish.
Oh, one more thing – some of these leaked a little. Not because they were defective or anything, but I guess some of my fingers are smaller than others, so the seal around my fingertip wasn’t very tight.

I’ve never been able to find one of these darn things! Thanks for the link, that helps. I always stand in front of the removed tubs and can’t ever figure out which ones have the glitter-removing tentacles!
