China Glaze – Watermelon Rind

I’m such a terribly unreliable blogger lately. The problem is my internet connection – because of the remote area where I live, cell phone tethering is really the only option for internet service…and ever since I got my Droid X in January, I just can’t stay online for any amount of time. It really gets frustrating to get disconnected 5 times while trying to upload a picture, or waiting 5 minutes for the comments page to load so I can approve and respond. I thought that the work I did on my PC a few weeks ago would fix the problem, but it turns out it’s still around and I just don’t know how to fix it. To make matters worse, I can’t even use my netbook right now because the charge port is dying. Grrrr! OK, enough whining… Anyway, I kinda miss posting, and I have an enormous amount of unposted swatches, so I’m trying to do better lately.

So, Watermelon Rind from the Summer Days collection! Man, I love all the polishes from this collection, even this shade which is really not a color I normally like. China Glaze does gooooood glass-flecks. 3 coats.

  • Maybe you should use word verification for comments instead of approving each one? Unless your site is spam city or you have a creepy stalker leaving weird comments, then you could avoid most spam bots just through word verification and you wouldn’t have to wait for the page to load to approve?

oh, it’s not for spam that I do it like this, it’s because I want to read and reply to each comment. And when they’re auto-approved, I miss them sometimes, the wordpress comment system isn’t the best. But this really isn’t working either, because when I’m lazy or take a blogging break, then comments just sit here and weigh on my conscience!

  • I love this color! It’s one of my favorites :)

  • Such a pretty color, I don’t have any of this collectio it’s a shame because they are indeed all very pretty.
