Now this is GORGEOUS. I really love the opacity, the shade, the yellow and green shimmer…this is just beautiful.
Icing – All Night Long, 3 coats.
I picked this one up somewhat randomly as the 2nd polish in a buy one get one 50% off set in Icing. It wasn’t a good buy. It looked to me like I could get opacity…until I started using it. Blue glitter with silver and purple larger hex glitter. There’s nothing really WRONG with it, it’s just one of those polishes that I look at and instantly go “…meh,” for no particular reason. Just rubs me the wrong way.
