Blackout is totally cool. It’s filled with tiny holo glitter, and it’s kinda awesome. This is 3 coats for opacity. I wanted to kick up the holo-ness, so I added a coat of LA Girl Rockstar Supernova. Still pretty darn cool, but I think since the base is a little bit tinted, [...] I think that I have a new favorite polish! I picked this up because light greens and light blues and light blue-greens fascinate me. I cannot resist buying one, ever.
