Well. I’m totally a fail blogger. And I know your mama calls you good for nothin’ She says her baby is a failer and she don’t want you callin’ I love that song. Anyway, yeah, so I procrastinated even swatching these for like a month, then finally got them swatched, WEEKS before Christmas, and [...] Ahh, Pelican Grey. This is such a nice “staple” polish. It’s a lovely shade of grey, and the shimmer makes it a little bit fancy! 3 coats. This is a really old swatch that I had backlogged, and I have to say I love my nails at this length. I’m probably noticing it so [...] Zoya’s Smoke collection for Fall is 6 creams. This collection is very nice (love the formulas!), if maybe not terribly unique. And I love me some creme polishes, but I don’t tend to care for dark polishes in general, and several of these are pretty dark. Plus, this is a Fall collection and the [...] Zoaya’s Mirrors collection for Fall consists of 3 shimmery almost-metallics and 3 smooth, opaque glitters. Spoiler: it is really pretty awesome.
The polishes I referred to above as almost-metallics are just that – I wouldn’t classify them as shimmers, really, and they definitely lean metallic to me, but they’re really not [...]
I have to say, before I talk about the individual polishes, that I LOVE how this collection looks. Look at the bottles all lined up…they’re so delicate and pretty and I feel like lining them up on a shelf in exactly this order and never touching them again. Unfortunately, after trying [...] |
